In the early Church it was common for people to be baptized with a threefold immersion. That is a valid and ancient way of baptizing, but it’s not required for validity. In fact, since heretics in certain places in the early Church misrepresented the meaning of the threefold immersion, Pope St. Gregory the Great recommended the following at his time:
St. Gregory the Great, Book 1, Letter 43: “But, inasmuch as up to this time it has been the custom of heretics to immerse infants in baptism thrice, I am of opinion that this ought not to be done among you...”
This is a quote from a 16th century Jesuit theologian in which he condemns any word or deed that simulates, signifies or professes a false faith or religion. His statement reflects the Church’s authoritative teaching on this matter. Many acts of the Vatican II antipopes, such as Antipope John Paul II kissing the Koran, etc. fall under this condemnation.
Gregory of Valencia, S.J., Commentariorum Theologicorum, Tome 3, 1595, p. 323: “… it is absolutely never licit to seriously simulate a false faith and religion by any word or deed, which either by law or custom has been specifically instituted to signify or profess the false faith and religion itself.”
It’s remarkable how many people (as a result of willful ignorance and bad will) remain blind to the apostasy of Antipope Benedict XVI. Benedict XVI’s statement below to Jews is a particularly revealing example of how he routinely taught destructive heresies and religious indifferentism.
Benedict XVI, Address during meeting in France with representatives of the Jewish Community, September 12, 2008: “Dear friends, it is with great pleasure that I meet with you this evening. Our meeting auspiciously coincides with the vigil of the weekly celebration of the Shabbat [the Sabbath], the day which from time immemorial has occupied a significant position in the religious and cultural life of the people of Israel. Every pious Jew sanctifies the Shabbat [the Sabbath] with the reading of the Scriptures and the reciting of the Psalms… Does not the Talmud Yoma (85b) say: the Sabbath is offered to you, but you are not offered to the Sabbath?... we share a relationship that should be strengthened and lived. And we know that these fraternal bonds constitute a continual invitation to know and to respect one another better. By her very nature the Catholic Church feels obliged to respect the Covenant made by the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. Indeed, the Church herself is situated within the eternal Covenant of the Almighty, whose plans are immutable, and she respects the children of the Promise, the children of the Covenant, as her beloved brothers and sisters in the faith… I cannot neglect, on an occasion such as this, to recall the eminent role played by the Jews of France in the building up of the whole nation and of their prestigious contribution to her spiritual patrimony. They have given – and continue to give – great figures to the spheres of politics, culture and the arts. To each one of them I extend affectionate and respectful wishes and with fervor I invoke upon all of your families and upon all your communities a special Blessing of the Lord of time and history. Shabbat shalom!”
Focus in particular on this statement: “Every pious Jew sanctifies the Shabbat [the Sabbath] with the reading of the Scriptures and the reciting of the Psalms.” Benedict XVI teaches that those who observe the Jewish Sabbath “sanctify” it. Well, the Church dogmatically teaches the opposite. It teaches that after the coming of Christ and the replacement of the Old Covenant with the New Covenant, no one can observe the Jewish Sabbath (or other practices of the Jewish religion) without mortal sin and the loss of salvation. So, the Church specifically teaches that by observing the Jewish Sabbath they sin mortally and profane the day. Benedict XVI, however, teaches the opposite: that they sanctify it. He was a manifest heretic who denied Jesus Christ. In his speech, Benedict XVI also teaches that the Jews are still the People of the Covenant. That’s heresy, blasphemy, and another manifestation of his rejection of the necessity of Jesus Christ for salvation. He was a total apostate who taught religious indifferentism on a regular basis.
Pope Eugene IV, Council of Florence, Cantate Domino, 1441, ex cathedra: “The Holy Roman Church firmly believes, professes and teaches that the matter pertaining to the law of the Old Testament, of the Mosaic Law, which are divided into ceremonies, sacred rites, sacrifices, and sacraments, because they were established to signify something in the future, although they were suited to divine worship at that time, after our Lord’s coming had been signified by them, ceased, and the sacraments of the New Testament began; and that whoever, even after the passion, placed hope in these matters of the law and submitted himself to them as necessary for salvation, as if faith in Christ could not save without them, sinned mortally. Yet it does not deny that after the passion of Christ up to the promulgation of the Gospel they could have been observed, provided they were believed to be in no way necessary for salvation; but after the promulgation of the Gospel it asserts that they cannot be observed without the loss of eternal salvation. All, therefore, who after that time [the promulgation of the Gospel] observe circumcision and the Sabbath and the other requirements of the law, it declares alien to the Christian faith and not in the least fit to participate in eternal salvation, unless someday they recover from these errors.”
St. Thomas Aquinas, Summa Theologiae, Pt. I-II, Q. 103, A. 4. “... the ceremonies of the Old Law foreshadowed Christ as having yet to be born and to suffer: whereas our sacraments signify Him as already born and having suffered. Consequently, just as it would be a mortal sin now for anyone, in making a profession of faith, to say that Christ is yet to be born, which the fathers of old said devoutly and truthfully; so too it would be a mortal sin now to observe those ceremonies which the fathers of old fulfilled with devotion and fidelity. Such is the teaching Augustine (Contra Faust. xix, 16)...”

St. Robert Bellarmine, On Purgatory, Book 2, Chap. 2: “Note that Luther cannot be called a Christian in any way based on the judgment of Augustine, but plainly a heathen, since he doubts concerning a matter about which Augustine says no Christian is able to doubt.”
During the prophet Elijah’s time (9th century BC), worship of the false god Baal became so widespread among the people that Elijah believed himself to be the only prophet who remained faithful.
1 Kings 18:21-22- “And Elijah came near to all the people and said, ‘How long will you go halting between the two sides? If the Lord is God, follow him; but if Baal, then follow him.’ And the people did not answer him a word. Then Elijah said to the people, ‘I, even I only, am left a prophet of the Lord, but Baal’s prophets are 450 men.’”
St. Ephrem, Commentary On Tatian’s Diatessaron, Part 7, #13: “When Elijah said, I alone am left as a prophet unto the Lord [1 Kings 18:22], he was not calumniating the just, because they were no [longer] to be found, but rather he was denouncing sinners because they had done away with the just.”
God granted Elijah a miracle on Mt. Carmel during a contest between himself and the false prophets of Baal, after which the false prophets of Baal were killed. During the contest Elijah had also mocked the false prophets of Baal and their false god.
1 Kings 18:27-29- “And at noon Elijah mocked them, saying, ‘Cry aloud, for he is a god. Either he is musing, or he is relieving himself, or he is on a journey, or perhaps he is asleep and must be awakened.’ And they cried aloud and cut themselves after their custom with swords and lances, until the blood gushed out upon them. And as midday passed, they raved on until the time of the offering of the oblation, but there was no voice. No one answered; no one paid attention [to their false prayers].”
The false prophets of Baal were not heard. But God heard the prayer of Elijah.
1 Kings 18:36-40- “And at the time of the offering of the oblation, Elijah the prophet came near and said, ‘O Lord, God of Abraham, Isaac, and Israel, let it be known this day that you are God in Israel, and that I am your servant, and that I have done all these things at your word. Answer me, O Lord, answer me, that this people may know that you, O Lord, are God, and that you have turned their hearts back.’ Then the fire of the Lord fell and consumed the burnt offering and the wood and the stones and the dust, and licked up the water that was in the trench. And when all the people saw it, they fell on their faces and said, ‘The Lord, he is God; the Lord, he is God.’ And Elijah said to them, ‘Seize the prophets of Baal; let not one of them escape.’”
God was profoundly merciful to grant a miracle to the people even after they had apostatized from Him. Despite his victory over the false prophets of Baal, Elijah remained discouraged about the bad will of the people.
1 Kings 19:4-10- “But he himself went a day’s journey into the wilderness and came and sat down under a broom tree. And he asked that he might die, saying, ‘It is enough; now, O Lord, take away my life, for I am no better than my fathers.’ And he lay down and slept under a broom tree. And behold, an angel touched him and said to him, ‘Arise and eat.’… [Elijah said:] For the people of Israel have forsaken your covenant, thrown down your altars, and killed your prophets with the sword, and I, even I only, am left, and they seek my life, to take it away.”
But God reassured him that a remnant of 7000 remained faithful. St. Paul mentions this in Romans 11:4.
1 Kings 19:18- “Yet I will leave seven thousand in Israel, all the knees that have not bowed to Baal, and every mouth that has not kissed him.”
Romans 11:4-5- “But what is God’s reply to him? ‘I have kept for myself seven thousand men who have not bowed the knee to Baal.’ So too at the present time there is a remnant, chosen by grace.”

Certain Protestants who believe in “once justified always justified” quote Hebrews 3:6 and Hebrews 3:14. They believe those verses teach that everyone who is a member of Christ’s Church will necessarily hold firm (or persevere) to the end; and therefore that every true member of the Church (i.e. every true believer) will be saved.
Hebrews 3:5-6- “… Christ is faithful over God’s house as a son. And we are his house, if indeed we hold fast our confidence and our boasting in our hope.”
Hebrews 3:14- “For we have come to share in Christ, if indeed we hold our original confidence firm to the end.”
Their error is connected to a failure to understand the context, which concerns a “heavenly calling” (Hebrews 3:1) and entrance into Christ’s eternal rest (i.e. Heaven). The context is not about simple membership in the Church on Earth. This is made clear in the same chapter and at the beginning of chapter 4, which draws an analogy between those who could not enter His rest in the Old Testament (i.e. the Promised Land) and those who will not enter the eternal rest of Christ.
Hebrews 3:17-19- “And with whom was he provoked for forty years? Was it not with those who sinned, whose bodies fell in the wilderness? And to whom did he swear that they would not enter his rest, but to those who were disobedient? So we see that they were unable to enter because of unbelief.”
Hebrews 4:1- “Therefore, while the promise of entering his rest still stands, let us fear lest any of you should seem to have failed to reach it.”
Yes, one must hold firm to the end to enter His eternal rest. That doesn’t mean that everyone who is a member of the Church on Earth will hold firm to the end. Indeed, Hebrews 3:12 teaches that some believers can fall away from the living God.
Hebrews 3:12- “Take care, brothers, lest there be in any of you an evil, unbelieving heart, leading you to fall away from the living God.”
Hebrews 3:18 and Hebrews 4:6 also teach that some people don’t enter His rest because of disobedience, which contradicts the heresy of “faith alone.”
Hebrews 4:6- “Since therefore it remains for some to enter it, and those who formerly received the good news failed to enter because of disobedience…”
Hebrews 4:11 also says that we must strive to enter that rest, and not fall short because of disobedience. This clearly refers to entering Heaven, not to entering the Church per se.
Hebrews 4:11- “Let us therefore strive to enter that rest, so that no one may fall by the same sort of disobedience.”
Hebrews 5:9 also teaches that obedience is necessary for salvation.
Hebrews 5:9- “And being made perfect, he became the source of eternal salvation to all who obey him.”
Further, in well-known passages, Hebrews 6 and Hebrews 10 directly contradict the Protestant heresy of “once justified, always justified”. Hebrews 6 teaches that those who have been enlightened (a clear reference to justification in baptism), etc. can fall away.
Hebrews 6:4-6- “For it is impossible, in the case of those who have once been enlightened, who have tasted the heavenly gift, and have shared in the Holy Spirit, and have tasted the goodness of the word of God and the powers of the age to come, and then have fallen away, to restore them again to repentance, since they are crucifying once again the Son of God to their own harm and holding him up to contempt.”
Hebrews 10 teaches that people who have been sanctified can fall away.
Hebrews 10:26-29- “For if we go on sinning deliberately after receiving the knowledge of the truth, there no longer remains a sacrifice for sins, but a fearful expectation of judgment, and a fury of fire that will consume the adversaries. Anyone who has set aside the law of Moses dies without mercy on the evidence of two or three witnesses. How much worse punishment, do you think, will be deserved by the one who has spurned the Son of God, and has profaned the blood of the covenant by which he was sanctified, and has outraged the Spirit of grace?”
As these points prove, the false Protestant doctrine of salvation is contradicted throughout the Book of Hebrews.

What you have stated is flat out false. Vatican II explicitly teaches that religious liberty should be a civil right, the very position condemned by Pius IX.
Vatican II, Dignitatis Humanae #2: "This right of the human person to religious freedom is to be recognized in the constitutional law whereby society is governed and thus it is to become a civil right."
Pius IX condemned the following in Quanta Cura, Dec. 8, 1864: “From which totally false idea of social government they do not fear to foster that erroneous opinion, most fatal in its effects on the Catholic Church and the salvation of souls, called by Our predecessor, Gregory XVI, an insanity, NAMELY, THAT ‘LIBERTY OF CONSCIENCE AND WORSHIP IS EACH MAN’S PERSONAL RIGHT, WHICH OUGHT TO BE LEGALLY PROCLAIMED AND ASSERTED IN EVERY RIGHTLY CONSTITUTED SOCIETY.”
That by itself proves that Vatican II is heretical. Indeed, the Catholic constitutions of Colombia and Spain were changed after Vatican II and as a consequence of Dignitatis Humanae. Stop resisting the truth, and come out of the non-Catholic Vatican II Sect.

Our previous reply refuted what you wrote. However, your response is, one must say, absurd and it exposes your dishonesty. You claim that Vatican II’s endorsement of a civil right to religious liberty doesn’t include any right to public worship! That’s utter nonsense, of course. In direct contradiction of your false statement, Vatican II explicitly teaches that the civil right to religious liberty includes the right to “honor the supreme Being in public worship”.
Dignitatis Humanae #4: “Provided the just demands of public order are observed, religious communities rightfully claim freedom in order that they may govern themselves according to their own norms, honor the Supreme Being in public worship, assist their members in the practice of the religious life, strengthen them by instruction, and promote institutions in which they may join together for the purpose of ordering their own lives in accordance with their religious principles.”
That directly refutes your false claim. Other passages in Dignitatis Humanae teach the same thing. Vatican II’s teaching that religious communities are to be guaranteed a civil right to worship in public was explicitly condemned by the Church. The fact that a change in teaching was made is precisely why the constitutions of Colombia and Spain were changed after Vatican II to allow public worship for non-Catholic sects – a fact that demolishes your lie. We will not necessarily continue to refute your errors, since what has been written suffices and you are sadly obstinate and dishonest.
In 1848 the “patriarchs” of Eastern “Orthodoxy” issued an official response to a document of Pope Pius IX. It's called the Encyclical of the Eastern Patriarchs (1848). Many Eastern “Orthodox” consider this document to represent official “Orthodox” teaching. In the encyclical the patriarchs condemned the Papacy and the Filioque as heretical. They also explicitly rejected all communion with Catholics.

It’s noteworthy that this ridiculous document claims to be following in the footsteps of the Eastern and Western fathers in rejecting the Filioque. That's preposterous, of course, because many Latin fathers explicitly taught the Filioque. Greek fathers did as well, as our material proves. Their “encyclical” contains an array of other errors, false arguments, and misrepresentations of the teaching of the ancient Church.
The encyclical also condemns Catholics as heretics, and rejects all communion with them. Yet, the modern-day Eastern “Orthodox” engage in false ecumenism with the Vatican II Sect and other non-Catholic sects. They profess communion with each other, sometimes sign joint declarations of faith, etc. That’s just another example of the inconsistency of Eastern “Orthodoxy”.

Their document also claims that the Great Apostasy of the nations predicted by St. Paul already occurred, and that it was an apostasy from “Orthodoxy”.

Many “Evangelical” Protestants wrongly believe that modern-day Jews are the heirs to the promise made to Abraham in Genesis. Consequently, they believe that it’s God’s will and a Christian obligation to support the modern-day Jewish State of Israel. Their position is an outrageous heresy that is easily refuted. In Genesis 12 God promised Abraham (singular) that He would bless those who bless him and curse those who curse him.
Genesis 12:2-3- “I will make you into a great nation, and I will bless you; I will make your name great, so that you will be a blessing. I will bless those who bless you and curse those who curse you; and all the families of the earth will be blessed through you.”
In Genesis 13 God promised land to Abraham and his seed forever.
Genesis 13:15- “… all the land that you see, I will give to you and your seed forever.”
The true fulfillment of this promise to Abraham is explained in Galatians 3, which teaches that the promise is through faith and that those who are baptized and in the Church of Christ are the seed of Abraham.
Galatians 3:16- “Now the promises were made to Abraham and to his seed. It does not say, ‘And to seeds,’ referring to many, but referring to one, ‘And to your seed,’ who is Christ.”
Galatians 3:26-29- “… for in Christ Jesus you are all sons of God, through faith. For as many of you as were baptized into Christ have put on Christ. There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither slave nor free, there is no male and female, for you are all one in Christ Jesus. And if you are Christ’s, then you are Abraham’s seed, heirs according to promise.”
Thus, people outside the Church (e.g. unbelieving Jews) are not the seed of Abraham and not heirs of the promise. That’s God’s teaching, and it has been repeated by various popes. Galatians 6 also teaches that the Church is the Israel of God.
Galatians 6:15-16- “For neither circumcision counts for anything, nor uncircumcision, but a new creation. And as for all who walk by this rule, peace and mercy be upon them, and upon the Israel of God."
1 Peter 2 and Colossians 3:12 also teach that true Christians, not unbelieving Jews, are the chosen People of God.
1 Peter 2:9-10- “But you are a chosen race, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people for his own possession, that you may proclaim the excellencies of him who called you out of darkness into his marvelous light. Once you were not a people, but now you are God’s people; once you had not received mercy, but now you have received mercy.”
Colossians 3:12- “Put on then, as God’s chosen ones, holy and beloved, compassionate hearts, kindness, humility, meekness, and patience.”
Further, referring to Our Lord Jesus Christ, Acts 3:23 says that anyone who doesn’t listen to Him is completely cut off from the People.
Acts 3:23- “And it shall be that every soul who does not listen to that prophet shall be completely cut off from the people.”
Thus, it’s an outrageous lie to say that the promise to Abraham applies to people outside the Church of Christ. This video covers more on the topic:
It has now been revealed that the pilot in command of the Black Hawk that tragically crashed into a passenger jet over Washington (on Jan. 29, 2025, killing 67 people) was Rebecca M. Lobach. She had previously worked as an aide to Joe Biden. She was a radical leftist who also allegedly attended “gay pride” events. The statement released by her family might also imply that she was a lesbian. It states that she was a “partner”: “Rebecca was many things. She was a daughter, sister, partner, and friend.” There was also a delay in releasing her name to the public. This delay enabled Lobach’s social media accounts to be almost completely scrubbed. Some believe that if people still had access to them much more would be learned about her radical beliefs.
We want to emphasize that this crash was a horrible tragedy, and it’s extremely sad. The crash occurred at the very time that Trump is making it his focus to remove “Diversity, Equity and Inclusion” from the Military. Hence, it’s certainly noteworthy that the person at the controls of the helicopter that inexplicably flew into the passenger jet, resulting in one of the worst disasters in American history, was a radical leftist woman, an “LGBT” supporter, a former Biden aide, and perhaps a product of Biden’s “DEI” policy.

I’ve been thoroughly convinced that there is absolutely no salvation outside the Church. Several people have confronted me about it, and time and time again, they couldn’t answer objections. These people who believe in ‘invincible ignorance with baptism of desire’ are so dishonest and illogical, they contradict themselves all the time. Repeat violent criminals and sex offenders, who often go from one place to another and continue to commit crimes, are a prime example of why the death penalty is necessary for certain people. Not only do certain crimes deserve death, but many people are so hardened in sin and wickedness that their presence is a plague to the Earth. Hence, in the Old Testament God instituted the death penalty and sometimes called for large numbers of wicked people to be killed (e.g. Deut. 20:16-17).

A Massive Apostasy

The truth and purity of your clear cut response thirteen years ago to this abomination is a joy to listen to, especially since things have now got so much worse, being fully, universally accepted with widespread persecution of those who condemn it.
This video is the complete and straightforward Catholic response which I have never heard elsewhere and it simply leads to the honest conclusion that there is massive apostasy not only of clergy but nearly all the laity who also tolerate this celebrated iniquity by remaining silent and in communion with these apostates.

• Released a statement for the pro-life “March For Life” on the same day that he took the aforementioned measures - JD Vance (Vice President) also gave a speech at the rally
• Withdrew from the World Health Organization (an arm of the global conspiracy) and the United Nation's Paris Climate Accord
• Ordered the CDC to immediately stop working with the World Health Organization, and thus to stop giving their fake reports on alleged global pandemic and virus threats

Moses and Aaron went to the Lord, and He said:

Notice that God commanded them to “speak” to the rock. Instead, Moses struck the rock twice – an act of disobedience that the Lord connected to a lack of faith or confidence in Him. After this incident, God told Moses to strip Aaron of the priestly vestments and put them on Aaron’s son. Moses did as God commanded, and Aaron died.
In Deuteronomy 32, God also mentions this incident.
Deuteronomy 32:51-52 “Because you trespassed against me in the midst of the children of Israel, at the waters of contradiction in Cades of the desert of Sin: and you did not sanctify me among the children of Israel. Thou shalt see the land before thee, which I will give to the children of Israel, but thou shalt not enter into it.”
Despite his fault on this occasion, Moses continued to lead the people of God until his death, even though he didn’t enter the Promised Land. He also appeared with Our Lord and Elijah just before the Transfiguration (Mt. 17).

All three divine persons (Father, Son, and Holy Spirit) inspired both the Old and the New Testaments. All the ad extra activities of God (i.e. activities toward the creation), such as the inspiration of Scripture, belong to God according to His divine nature/power. Since the divine nature/power is identical in all three divine persons, all those activities are common to all three persons.

However, the inspiration of Scripture is attributed by appropriation to the Holy Spirit. To appropriate an action to one person of the Trinity means to attribute it to that person in a special way without excluding the others. This is done to help us better understand or remember, by way of analogy or comparison, that person’s role in the Trinity. Thus inspiration, for example, is appropriated to the Holy Spirit (even though, as stated, it properly belongs to all three persons) because the Holy Spirit is the love between the Father and the Son, and inspiration is intended for the good of others.

It’s interesting that Pope St. Gregory VII (a Benedictine who became one of the strongest popes in Church history) was falsely accused by his enemies (i.e. supporters of the excommunicated King Henry IV) of being a “false monk”, a “fanatic”, a “false prophet”, and more.
The Synod of Brixen’s false accusations against Pope St. Gregory VII, June 25, 1080: “… the insane fury of a certain man called Hildebrand [Pope Gregory VII], a false monk… the ravages committed by this fanatic… To that order which God has established, he has preferred his dreams, his fancies, and those of other persons. He wears the habit of a monk, while he is not one in reality. He has withdrawn himself from all ecclesiastical discipline, and has never been subject to any master… It has been proved against him that he has caused the violent deaths of four of the Roman pontiffs, whom he poisoned by the aid of an accomplice, a certain intimate of his, John Brachintus, who, although his repentance was very late, yet, at the moment of death, confessed in a loud voice that it was he who had administered the poison.” (Arnold Harris Matthew, The Life and Times of Hildebrand, Pope Gregory VII, 1910, pp. 190-191)
This is what Pope St. Gelasius wrote about bishops in the East who were negligent in rejecting communion with heretics who opposed the Council of Chalcedon.

For what help is it to him if he does not hold communion with him and is nevertheless joined in communion with those who are not hostile to communion with him? But if he was in communion with none of them or is not in any sort of communion [with such heretics], he will be of the sincere, Catholic, and apostolic communion and faith. Otherwise, there is no way that he could avoid the compound infection of that indiscriminate involvement… But this involvement [in communion with heretics] is thought by the Greeks, among whom there is no distinction between true and false, to be an easy matter and without blame, and because they want to be in communion with all reprobates they are shown not to stand firm in any rectitude.”
