Are there any dogmatic statements that say that explicit faith is necessary for salvation? De Lorca's and Aquinas' commentaries are not dogmatic.

Did you even watch the video? The video references (and De Lorca cites) various dogmatic statements which prove that explicit faith in Christ is required.
