As an inquirer into traditional Catholicism - Do you know if St. Gregory is referring to Rome being President over all the West, (noting he mentions Rome leads the entire West just before this) or President over all Churches? Trying to understand here, please pray for me also. Thank you!

As the video covers, Gregory directly says that the See of Rome is “president over all”, not just the West. He says that Rome is binding together the West because heresies were flourishing more in the East than in the West. But the presidency of Rome is “over all”.
