Woman accused of shooting husband in drive-by shooting
wapt.com WARREN COUNTY, Miss. —A Warren County woman is accused of injuring her husband in a drive-by shooting, Sheriff Martin Pace said. Billy Neeley was in the driveway of his house on Deer Circle on Monday when he was shot in the stomach, Pace said. Neeley called 911 and gave a description of the car and of his estranged wife, Mary Lou Neeley, whom he identified as the shooter. "She pulled up to the residence where he was working on his vehicle. It's believed that at this time she actually fired the shots from within her vehicle. He was struck at least once in the abdomen," Pace said. Billy Neeley was flown to the University of Mississippi Medical Center, where he is listed in critical condition, authorities said. Mary Lou Neeley, 58, was charged with aggravated assault and a drive-by shooting, Pace said.
