mirror.co.uk A toddler has been tested for HIV after accidentally stepping on a drug addict's needle in a park. Freddie Williams, aged two, now faces a nervous wait to see if he has contracted any diseases after the dirty needle pierced his trainer and punctured his foot. The little boy was playing in a park near his home in St Pauls, Bristol, when he stepped on the needle which was hidden under some leaves.
