Three men arrested in drive-by shooting death of Southlake lawyer
KEVIN KRAUSE dallasnews.com Federal authorities have arrested three Mexican citizens in connection with the shooting death last year of a lawyer who was gunned down in Southlake’s Town Square while sitting in his car. According to arrest records and media reports, authorities in McAllen on Friday arrested Jesus Gerardo Ledezma-Cepeda, 57; his son, Jesus Gerardo Ledezma-Campano Jr., 30; and Ledezma-Cepeda’s cousin, Jose Luis Cepeda-Cortes, 58. Juan Jesus Guerrero Chapa, a father of three teenagers, was a longtime Mexican cartel attorney who had been living quietly in Southlake.
