Schoolchildren filmed 'lining railway tracks with debris in attempt to derail train'

A concerning video shows the moment two school children appear to line a railway track with debris in an alleged attempt to derail a train.

In the clip, one of the children, who appears to be dressed in school uniform, lines up stones and debris on the metal tracks.

A schoolgirl stands close by, watching the boy.

As the pair turn and walk away, some of the debris is dislodged and the boy quickly returns to replace it.

Moments later, a train approaches and hits the debris, sending it flying across the track.
