One In Eight Drivers In Minnesota Do Not Have Valid Licenses

Marion Guerrido only had her learner's permit and no fully licensed driver accompanying her when she crashed her car into a six-foot retaining pond in St. Louis Park, Minn. Five children rode in the car, and two died. How widespread is the problem? Approximately 1 in 8 drivers do not have valid driving privileges, KARE found.
