An NYPD captain may face criminal charges after he allegedly decided to go home instead of following orders and arranging the hospital arrival for two officers who were shot on-duty.
Capt Scott Forster, 31, may face grand larceny charges following an investigation that will look into whether he was regularly taking off from work early and taking classes while he was supposed to be on the job.
Forster's cell phone, E-Z pass and New York University Law School class schedule are being analyzed by the NYPD office of Internal Affairs, authorities said.
