North Korea reportedly trying to mount Anthrax on ICBMs

Nuclear attacks aren’t the only thing to worry about from North Korea. Japanese newspaper Asahi has reported that North Korea is testing its ability to mount anthrax onto intercontinental ballistic missiles.

What the report said

“North Korea has started experiments such as heat and pressure equipment to prevent anthrax from dying even at a high temperature of over 7,000 degrees generated at the time of the ICBM’s re-entry into the atmosphere,” the newspaper report read. 

The source of the reporting is someone connected to South Korean intelligence services.

The White House National Security Strategy, released Monday, also said Kim Jong Un is working on chemical and biological weapons.

“North Korea — a country that starves its own people — has spent hundreds of millions of dollars on nuclear, chemical, and biological weapons that could threaten our homeland,” the White House report read.
