Local Man Arrested for DWI For 9th Time Wears Memorable Shirt
kwtx.com A Temple man was in the Bell County Jail on Friday after he was arrested on a warrant for driving while intoxicated. The t-shirt he wore in his mug shot had local lawmen laughing, although the serious charge did not. Luciano Gutierrez was arrested Thursday and charged with DWI for the ninth time, according to authorities. The shirt he was wearing during the offense, and donned for his mugshot read. "WARNING: I Do Dumb Things". Because he has more than three convictions for the offense, the latest rose to the level of a felony, court records showed.
