The South Carolina Republican also predicts the deal agreed to by the Obama administration — loosening sanctions on Iran — is not going to "go over well" with Congress. Graham was first elected to the Senate in 2002 after four terms in the House of Representatives. He was re-elected in 2008 with 58 percent of the vote.
