James Staley lcsun-news.com An incarcerated man has sued the state's Department of Corrections and two employees of a Las Cruces-area prison, alleging they didn't allow him to worship Satan and discriminated against him based on his religion. Bernard Pritchard, 64, filed the handwritten lawsuit this month in Santa Fe's 1st Judicial District Court without an attorney. In it Pritchard says a chaplain and deputy warden at the Southern New Mexico Correctional Facility violated his religious freedom rights.
