L.A. Superior Court Judge Killed While Crossing The Street

A Los Angeles Superior Court Judge was stuck by a car and killed Monday evening as he crossed Beverwil Drive, near his home, in West L.A. Daniel L. Brenner, who specialized in communications law according to the L.A. Times, is remembered by his friends and colleagues as a brilliant judge and attorney, and above-all good friend.
At around 6 p.m. on Monday, a 38-year-old man from Calabasas driving north on Beverwil Drive when he hit Brenner as the judge walked across the street. Brenner, who was 64, was transported to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center where he was pronounced dead shortly after, according to the Daily News.
