John Paul II: Islam Is Faithful, Holy, And Rich (August 1985)

In this 1985 speech to young Muslims in Morocco, Antipope John Paul II makes an array of outrageous statements that express heresy and religious indifferentism. 

1. John Paul II tells the Muslims that we believe in the same God, emphasizing that “it is in him that we believe, you Muslims and we Catholics”.  This is heretical because Muslims are infidels and they do not have any faith.  Moreover, John Paul II’s choice of words was deliberately blasphemous, for Jesus says in the Gospel: “Let not your hearts be troubled. Believe in God; believe also in me” (John 14:1).  Belief in Jesus is essential to have true faith in God.  This is also taught by St. John in his first epistle: “No one who denies the Son has the Father” (1 John 2:23).  Yet Antipope John Paul II repeatedly (and with cunning malice) denied that truth of the Christian faith. 
2. John Paul II refers to the Muslims “holy law”.  That’s heresy and blasphemy, for the Catholic Church teaches that Islamic law and the Islamic religion are diabolical and lead to damnation.  They are not holy. 
3. John Paul II encourages Muslims to “witness” to their worship of God, etc.  That is to encourage Muslims to continue in (and to spread) their false religion.  That constitutes an endorsement of Islam.
4. John Paul II says that the Church recognizes “the quality of your religious progress, the richness of your spiritual tradition”!  He calls their “tradition” rich when it’s the opposite. 
5. John Paul II teaches that the Muslims will be saved, for he says that after the resurrection “we know that we will be satisfied with him”.  This address by Antipope John Paul II constitutes pure religious indifferentism and an endorsement of Islam.  He gave many similar speeches to Muslims and members of other religions, as our material documents.  John Paul II was a blasphemous apostate.
