"An Iraqi migrant who said he was gay when claiming asylum in Austria has been jailed for a sex attack on an 11-year-old girl at a swimming pool.
The 36-year-old insisted that he was homosexual and was only interested in relationships with men when he appeared in court this week.
He said the sexual assault was the first time he had any sexual relations with the opposite sex.
The defendant told the court: 'It just happened.'
The attacker arrived in Austria 13 years ago and had no previous convictions until he was arrested over the attack on the schoolgirl in the changing rooms of a public swimming pool in the Huetteldorf area of Vienna."
