Rocco Parascandola and Thomas Tracy nydailynews.com A scissors-wielding lunatic randomly stabbed one person and slashed four others in a Riverside Park rampage before he was subdued Tuesday morning by a passerby, police said. The unidentified suspect was arrested following the 7:58 a.m. attack, where the victims included a 2-year-old boy and his dad on a morning stroll through the Manhattan park. “He was walking through the park and just started going after people,” a police source told the Daily News. The weapon was recovered at the scene. Cops said a Good Samaritan at the bloody site helped cops take the deranged suspect into custody. “Somebody wrestled this guy to the ground until we got there,” said another source. The other victims included two women, ages 36 and 32, and a man in his mid-30s. One of the women suffered the most serious wounds in the vicious attack. to read more click here: nydailynews.com
