Kraft macaroni and cheese is a cheap and easy dinner that many families enjoy. It only takes about 10 minutes to make, and it is unquestionably delicious.

Kraft was forced to recall over 6 million boxes of macaroni and cheese due to metal contamination after receiving complaints from customers that the food made them sick.
The contamination comes from dyes Yellow 5 and Yellow 6, which contain contain benzidene and other potentially carcinogenic chemicals. The toxicity of these elements can halt cell reproduction by damaging the genetic information within those cells.
If you have boxes of Kraft macaroni and cheese that tell you to use it by September 18, 2015 and October 11, 2015, you are at risk and should get rid of them immediately.
