"As new COVID-19 cases rise across Australia, and so too has the demand for rapid antigen testing (RAT) kits.
But stock has been limited and hard to find across the country.
Melbourne software developer Matt Hayward decided to use his skills and holidays to create the website Find A RAT to help people find tests.

'And I [thought] do we really want a bunch of people that might have symptoms, might have COVID wandering around trying to find tests.'"
