Court docs: Parents accused of wrapping 7-year-old son in plastic wrap, burning him with hot water

CLARKSBURG, Md. - Two Montgomery County parents are facing felony child abuse charges involving their 7-year-old son.
Craig and Nicole Williams are accused of keeping their child tied up for days at a time and burning him with hot water.
According to charging documents, the 7-year-old boy was taken to Shady Grove Adventist Hospital on Dec. 2 suffering from bruises, abrasions and blisters to his entire body. He had to be flown to Children's National Medical Center for further treatment.
The little boy told hospital staff he is often wrapped from the neck down in plastic wrap and restrained with zip ties inside the family's Clarksburg home...
When asked about his blisters, the boy said he is also burned with hot water and denied food.
