Contractor hired to pave over Charlie Kirk murder scene reveals FBI & Gov. ordered quick excavation
Utah contractor Dan Merrell recently joined a podcast where he revealed the FBI and Utah Governor Spencer Cox (R) ordered workers to excavate the area where conservative icon Charlie Kirk was murdered within days of the assassination.
Kirk was shot on a Wednesday and the government ordered the excavation and paver installation finished by Monday.
Constitution contractor Dan Merrell, the person hired to pave over Charlie Kirk’s murder scene, says he got an emergency call the Sunday right after it happened and was told the FBI and the Governor wanted it “done by Monday”...
Merrell explained when he got the call saying he received the bid to take care of the grounds where Kirk was killed, he “just wanted to help” because he felt bad about what happened.
He was told by a colleague working on the project that nobody was to speak with the media because it was above their paygrade and that “the governor and the FBI said they want this done by Monday and we need to get it done. We’re not asking questions.”
