"Catholic Archbishop" of Cordoba, Argentina "authorized" the baptism of a girl with "two moms"

lanacion.com.ar “The Archbishop of Cordoba authorized the baptism of a girl whose parents are a same sex couple, as being the first case registered in a Catholic church in Argentina, church sources confirmed today. The celebration of the sacrament will be on April 5, in Cordoba’s Cathedral Our Lady of the Assumption and will be chaired by Father Carlos Varas. Church sources told DyN [News Agency] that the Archbishop of Cordoba, Carlos Ñáñez, authorized the church service after suggesting “general recommendations” to the case. The sources stated that the prelate asked Varas to transmit to the couple, consistinf of two women, to have a “special attention” in choosing the godparents to the child so that she may “grow in the Catholic faith”. They also said that Ñáñez gave indications to the priest to have them present in the baptismal record, although no details of who were given.
