Cadbury investigates after ‘wasp found in chocolate bar’

Jake Keating, from Liverpool, tweeted the company a picture of what looked like a Dairy Milk bar, with an insect inside of it, on Wednesday. He wrote: ‘As if I have just found a WASP in my chocolate!! @CadburyUK. What are you gonna do about this!?!’ The British confectionery firm responded by telling Mr Keating it was taking the matter seriously. It tweeted: ‘We’d love to reply with a pun, but we want you to know how seriously we’re taking this, so we won’t.’ After being notified of the wasp picture again by other Twitter users, Cadbury added: ‘Hi guys, we’re investigating this and are in contact with the original poster. Thanks for flagging.’
