Yes, basically every major city in our day is far worse than Sodom and Gomorrah. This is true not only because of the multitude and types of sins, but also because they are being committed after the Incarnation of Our Lord. In that regard, this passage is relevant:

People who were in the church should have denounced what was being said. But no one should be going to the New Mass at all for any reason. It must be avoided under pain of grave sin.
