Francis’ May 16, 2018 remarks during meeting with a delegation of Buddhists, Hindus, Jains and Sikhs:

“Dear Friends… I am most appreciative of the efforts of those who made possible this initiative, which brought together Christians, Hindus, Buddhists, Jains and Sikhs… It is a cause for thanksgiving to God when religious leaders actively foster a culture of encounter… I thank you for what you have done by coming together, in accordance with your respective religious traditions, to promote goodness in our world, and upon you and your communities I invoke an abundance of divine blessings.”[1]

Francis calls leaders of false religions “religious leaders” and says that their false religions “promote goodness in our world”. Francis invokes “an abundance of divine blessings” upon the evil leaders of false religions that lead those who die following them into eternal fire.

Francis’ May 16, 2018 remarks to “Buddhist monks” from Thailand:

“I offer you a warm welcome and I thank you for the precious gift of your Sacred Book translated into today’s language by the monks of Wat Pho Temple. It is a tangible sign of your generosity and of the friendship that we have shared for so many years, a journey made of many small steps. I think in particular of the meeting in the Vatican between Blessed Pope Paul VI and the Venerable Somdej Phra Wanaratana, whose portrait can be seen in the entrance of the Pontifical Council for Interreligious Dialogue, which you have visited in these days. It is my heartfelt wish that Buddhists and Catholics will grow increasingly closer, advance in knowledge of one another and in esteem for their respective spiritual traditions, and offer the world a witness to the values of justice, peace, and the defense of human dignity. With renewed gratitude for this meeting, I invoke upon on all of you the divine blessings of joy and peace.”[2]

Francis receives the “Sacred Book” of the Buddhist “monks”, saying that it is a “precious gift”. Francis then calls a “famous” deceased Buddhist “Venerable”. The Buddhist (Somdej Phra Wanaratana) was the most widely known Buddhist “monk” in Thailand. It is said he “possessed magical powers”.[3] Francis calls for Buddhists and Catholics “to grow increasingly closer, advance in knowledge of one another and in esteem” for the false religion of Buddhism. Antipope Francis says Buddhists “offer the world a witness”, and he invokes “divine blessings of joy and peace” on people headed straight for everlasting damnation.

Francis’ May 30, 2018 remarks to the Delegation of the “Orthodox Patriarchate of Moscow”:

“Thank you very much for your visit, and also for this meeting, which helps us so much to live our faith in unity… In Moscow — in Russia — there is only one Patriarchate: yours. We will not have another. And when some Catholic faithful, be they lay people, priests or bishops, take up the banner of ‘Uniatism’ which no longer functions, which is over, for me it is also painful. The Churches that are united with Rome must be respected, but ‘Uniatism’ as a road to unity does not work today. Instead, it gives me comfort when I find this: the outstretched hand, the fraternal embrace, thinking together, and walking. Ecumenism is accomplished by walking. Let us walk. Some think — but this is not fair — that first there must be doctrinal agreement, on all points of division, and then the journey. This does not work for ecumenism, because we do not know when the agreement will come. I once heard a man of the Church, a man of God, say: ‘I know what day the doctrinal agreement will be signed’. They asked him, ‘When?’ — ‘The day after the coming of the glorious Christ’. We must continue to study theology, to clarify the details, but in the meantime we must walk together, not wait for these things to be resolved in order to walk, no. One walks and one also does this, but walking in charity, in prayer; as in this example of the relics. Praying together, one for the other, in dialogue. This does so much good. The meeting with His Holiness Kirill did me well; I found a brother. And now, spiritually, we walk together. Finally, two words. One on Catholics’ respect for you, Russian Orthodox brothers and sisters: the Catholic Church, the Catholic Churches, must not interfere in the internal affairs of the Russian Orthodox Church, nor in political matters… Prayer for one another is important, as is personal prayer. We meet new brothers and sisters, and therefore also personal prayer. I would like to say one thing to you: when we met with the Patriarch, afterwards, he sent me a relic of Saint Seraphim. I keep that relic on my bedside table, and at night, before going to bed, and in the morning, when I get up, I venerate it and pray for our unity. Thank you so much. Let us pray for each other. Let us bless each other. And let us go forward together. Thank you.”[4]

Francis says “we will not have another” Patriarchate “in Moscow — in Russia” except that of the heretical and schismatic “Orthodox” church. Francis condemns “Uniatism”. Uniatism is “the union of an Eastern Rite church with the Roman Church in which the authority of the Papacy is accepted”.[5] Therefore, Francis is publicly teaching that getting the schismatic churches to accept the Papacy is outdated teaching. This is a clear and public rejection of Catholic dogma by Antipope Francis. Francis says it is “painful” to him that people are trying to get the “Orthodox” to accept Catholic teaching. Francis says converting non-Catholics “does not work”, “is not fair”, “no longer functions”, and “does not work for ecumenism”. Catholic popes teach the opposite of Antipope Francis.

Pope Pius XI, Mortalium Animos (#10), Jan. 6, 1928: “… the union of Christians can only be promoted by promoting the return to the one true Church of Christ of those who are separated from it…”

Pope St. Leo the Great, Sermon 129: “Wherefore, since outside the Catholic Church there is nothing perfect, nothing undefiled… we are in no way likened with those who are divided from the unity of the Body of Christ; we are joined in no communion.”

Pope Innocent III, Eius exemplo, Dec. 18, 1208: “By the heart we believe and by the mouth we confess the one Church, not of heretics, but the Holy Roman, Catholic, and Apostolic Church outside of which we believe that no one is saved.”

Francis then encourages the mortally sinful practice of praying with heretics and schismatics. He also calls (as always) the schismatic leader “His Holiness”, and says that he walks spiritually together with them. Francis also stresses that “the Catholic Churches” “must not interfere in the internal affairs” of the heretical and schismatic Russian “Orthodox” Church.

Francis then says that the schismatic leader sent him “a relic of Saint Seraphim”. Francis speaks about the “relic” he was given, saying: “I keep that relic on my bedside table, and at night, before going to bed, and in the morning, when I get up, I venerate it”. “Saint” Seraphim of Sarov died in 1833 and “is one of the most renowned Russian saints in the Eastern Orthodox Church”.[6] On page 18 of his 1994 book Crossing the Threshold of Hope, Antipope John Paul II called Seraphim of Sarov a “saint”: “The history of mystical prayer in the East and West attests to this: Saint Francis, Saint Teresa of Avila, Saint John of the Cross, Saint Iganatius of Loyola and, in the East, Saint Serafim of Sarov and many others." (Crossing the Threshold of Hope, page 18) Therefore, it is not surprising that Francis venerates the “relic” of a deceased non-Catholic. Francis ends by asking heretics and schismatics to pray for him and bless him.
