"‘HUMAN Ken Doll’ Rodrigo Alves has vowed to go ahead with his 60th operation, which will see him having his RIBS cut from his body, even if it kills him.
The Brazilian-born star, 34, who has so far spent $400,000 on plastic surgery, will travel to LA to undergo his latest procedure which he claims will make him thinner.
Rodrigo has opted for the controversial rib removal after being told he cannot have any more liposuction – after having the fat-sucking surgery on 20 different occasions.
The larger-than-life character has had 59 body modification procedures to alter his appearance, and over 100 aesthetic enhancements.
And despite his family revealing to The Sun Online last month that they fear he could die on the operating table, Rodrigo remains defiant.
He said: 'I will keep going...'"
His 58th and 59th procedure were an eye surgery and a hair transplant, which he had done in Los Angeles this year.
Rodrigo is returning there in the New Year to get his ribs removed so he can get a more slender silhouette, mainly to look good in the suits and shirts of his clothing line he is launching.
