Trump’s Nearly Fatal Golf Outing Was A "Last Minute Decision" — Sources Say

The golf outing that nearly cost Donald Trump his life Sunday was a ‘last minute decision’, according to sources familiar with the matter, reported CNN.

“Former President Donald Trump’s golf game on Sunday was a last-minute addition to his schedule, two sources familiar with the matter said,” reported Kristen Holmes in CNN on Sunday. “Trump had no public events on his schedule for Sunday.”

The notion that the would-be assassin regularly roamed around Florida golf courses with a rifle waiting for a possible Trump encounter is highly unlikely. Add to that the fact he was apparently not previously apprehended for this suspicious behavior, indicates that this was likely the first time he engaged in such activity.

On the Sunday Alex Jones Show, Jones discussed how the shooter had no way of knowing where Trump would have been, indicating that someone inside the Trump inner circle may have leaked this location information to the shooter – an inside job.

Retired FBI Assistant Director Chris Swecker told Newsweek that the would-be assassin possible had an Informant.

“The biggest question to answer is ‘How did the would-be assassin know to be at that location at that time?'” he said according to Sean O’Driscoll in Newsweek. “There are only three possible answers: He guessed and got very lucky; he conducted surveillance on Trump and followed him to the golf course or he had inside information about Trump’s schedule.”
