Man charged with 7th DUI
wkrn.com GOODLETTSVILLE, Tenn. - A man was arrested for his seventh DUI offense, among other charges, Tuesday night in Goodlettsville.
“Does it honestly take killing someone? Is that what it’s going to take to get people off the street?” said Dana Duncan, who lives next door to Michael Dixon.
The 52-year-old allegedly left the scene of an accident after the truck he was driving struck another vehicle.
Duncan witnessed the incident and said he hit her friend’s car.
Dixon later returned to the scene where Duncan asked Dixon why he left, to which he allegedly responded, “I am sick of your mouth,” before lunging at her.
Police said Dixon admitted to consuming alcohol and taking hydrocodone and morphine.
