Kentucky woman arrested for tossing bag full of kittens out of moving vehicle

Jennifer Lynn Fowler was arrested on Tuesday afternoon and charged with animal cruelty for allegedly throwing a bag full of kittens out of her vehicle on Russellville Road in Christian County reports the Clarksvillenow.com. Fowler, 48, who lives in Fairview, was observed by witnesses throwing a bag out of a moving vehicle on Monday. One of the witnesses stopped to check what was in the bag and found kittens at which time she called 911. According to wkrn.com, authorities reported the kittens had died. Witnesses were able to supply authorities with the description of the vehicle and of the driver. A warrant was issued for Fowler's arrest. She was taken into custody by the Christian County Sheriff's Office and is being held in the Christian County Jail. Fowler is being held in lieu of $5,000 bond.
