Supreme Court Strikes Down Biden’s Mandate On Private Employers
MHFM: It’s good news that, in a 6 to 3 decision, the Supreme Court struck down Biden’s unconstitutional vaccine-or-test mandate on private businesses. Sadly, it allowed the wicked mandate on health care workers to continue. The first decision is already having some positive effects:
From Vaccine Regrets: “Email just dropped from MY employer: ‘Today the SCOTUS released a new opinion and blocked the Federal Government's Covid-19 vaccine-or-test policy. We had asked that you be prepared to submit your vaccination status this week. However, as of this new ruling no further information will be collected on behalf of this mandate.’”
